Info
Monday carries the impact of a foreign fragment. The body is formed from deep black Nigra clay, remaining unglazed and light-absorbing. A shard from another object is embedded into the exterior surface, as if struck onto the form. Its floral structure is partially glazed in an antique gold tone, introducing reflection and a different material language. The glaze pools and breaks across the fragment, emphasizing relief rather than smoothing it.Dark clay and glazed shard meet abruptly, holding tension between surface, interruption, and weight. The object reads as compact and restrained, marked by an encounter rather than a transition.
